    A Note From The Skivvies:
When the 2020 Covid pandemic cancelled everything including our upcoming Rocky Horror Skivvies Shows, we decided to do something we’ve never done before: Record an album. In 2018, our love of the score of The Rocky Horror Show led us to create a concert version where we put our classic Skivvies touch on each tune, creating medleys, mashups, and gender bending twists.  We felt these fun, wild, joyful arrangements deserved to be recorded. So keeping safety and health in mind, singers and musicians recorded both remotely and in the studio. With the arts industry hit so hard, we decided to make an “Undiegogo” campaign on Indiegogo to help support artists and cover the costs of production. We have been so overwhelmed by the generosity of fans, family, and friends. We cannot thank everyone enough. We are truly grateful for all of you in helping us make this dream come true.

    Don’t dream it, do it.

Associate Producers: Jenna Futch, Sean and Allison Hennessy, Kristen Johanson, Judith Molina, Stephen and Susan Molina, Jack Sharkey, and Hollis Stern.

Song Sponsors: Judith Molina (“Touch-A Touch-A Touch Me,” “Hot Patootie,” and “Don’t Dream It”), Kirsten Vangsness (Sweet Transvestite).

    Bio
The Skivvies are Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley, award winning singer/actor/musicians who perform eclectic covers, “musically thrilling” mashups, and eccentric originals with a comedy pop, undie-rock twist. The New York Times calls them “a hot musical comedy duo... paradoxically sophisticated and innocent”, People Magazine hailed them as “The Most Playful Performers of the Year” and The Wall Street Journal calls them “smart, sophisticated…ingenious.”

Molina (Broadway's Rock of Ages, Sweeney Todd, Mary Zimmerman's Candide - Helen Hayes Award, Marry Me A Little) and Cearley (Off Broadway’s Pageant and A Midsummer Night's Dream, Broadway First National Tour All Shook Up, ) met in 2003 performing in the national tour of the Just So Stories. They quickly became best friends and musical collaborators.

In 2012, Molina and Cearley were inspired to take highly produced pop songs, reducing arrangements to cello, ukulele, glockenspiel, and melodica. Finding and infusing humor in lyrics they released a series of “stripped down” music videos for YouTube. They decided to literally strip down to their underwear to perform. Thus, The Skivvies were born.

Joe’s Pub presented the Skivvies first live show featuring some of Broadway’s finest. Following critical acclaim, they have toured internationally and appeared on tv programming with an expanded group of musicians and vocalists. Sports Illustrated named them "Favorite New Band” and Out Magazine says, “The Skivvies have managed to carve out a niche that we never knew needed to exist: part Weird Al-parody and part sexy burlesque…”

Cearley and Molina created the roles of Brad and Janet in a new imagining of The Rocky Horror Show at Bucks County Playhouse in 2013 under the direction of Hunter Foster and choreography by Lorin Latarro.

Nick and Lauren are also the co-conceivers, as well as Linus and Lucy, of the new actor-musician revival of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown which debuted at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.

The Skivvies hope to bring audiences and listeners unabashed joy through music and theatre.

Michael Rennie was ill the day the Earth stood still But he told us where we stand And Flash Gordon was there in silver underwear Claude Rains was the invisible man Then something went wrong for Fay Wray and King Kong They got caught in a celluloid jam Then at a deadly pace it came from outer space And this is how the message ran Science fiction double feature Doctor X will build a creature See androids fighting Brad and Janet Anne Francis stars in Forbidden Planet Oh, at the late night double feature picture show I knew Leo G. Carroll was over a barrel When tarantula took to the hills And I really got hot when I saw Janette Scott Fight a triffid that spits poison and kills Dana Andrews said prunes gave him the runes And passing them used lots of skill But when worlds collide, said George Pal to his bride I'm gonna give you some terrible thrills, like a Science fiction double feature Doctor X will build a creature See androids fighting Brad and Janet Anne Francis stars in Forbidden Planet Oh, at the late night double feature picture show, I wanna go Oh, to the late night double feature picture show, by RKO Oh, at the late night double feature picture show, in the back row Oh, at the late night double feature picture show

Time Warp 04:39
It's astounding; time is fleeting madness takes its toll But listen closely - not for very much longer I've got to keep control I remember - doing the Time Warp Drinking those moments when the blackness would hit me - and the void would be calling.... Let's do the Time Warp again! Let's do the Time Warp again! It's just a jump to the left / to the left to the left / and then a step to the right With your hands on your hips /when I dip you dip we dip / you bring your knees in tight But it's the pelvic thrust - that really drives you insane Let's do the Time Warp again! Let's do the Time Warp again! do do do do do TICK TOCK TICK Time keeps on slipping slipping slipping in to the future, into the future It's so dreamy - oh fantasy free me! So you can't see me - no not at all In another dimension, with voyeuristic intention Well secluded I'll see all With a bit of a mind flip - you're into the time slip Nothing can ever be the same You're spaced out on sensation - like you're under sedation! Let's do the Time Warp again! Let's do the Time Warp again! In west Philadelphia born and raised On the playground was where I spent most of my days Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school He stared at me and I felt a change, Time meant nothing never would again. Let's do the Time Warp again! Let's do the Time Warp again! It's just a jump to the left / to the left to the left / and then a step to the right With your hands on your hips / when I did you dip you dip we dip / you bring your knees in tight But it's the pelvic thrust - that really drives you insane Let's do the Time Warp again! Let's do the Time Warp again! If you're lost you can look and you will find me Time after time If you fall I will catch you, I will be waiting Time after time If I could turn back time If I could find a way I'd take back those words that hurt you And you'd stay Ain’t looking for nothing but a good time how can I resist? Ain’t looking for nothing but a good time no it don’t get better than this Let's do the Time Warp again! Hit me baby one more time Let's do the Time Warp again! Hit me baby one more time Let's do the Time Warp again!

My mama told me when I was young We are all born superstars She rolled my hair and put my lipstick on In the glass of her boudoir "There's nothing wrong with loving who you are" She said, "'Cause he made you perfect, babe" "So hold your head up girl and you'll go far, Listen to me when I say” WHAT DID SHE SAY? The Sword of Damocles is hanging over my head And I've got the feeling someone's gonna be cutting the thread Oh, woe is me My life is a misery Oh, can't you see That I'm at the start of a pretty big downer down down down I'm beautiful in my way 'Cause God makes no mistakes I'm on the right track, baby I was born this way Don't hide yourself in regret Just love yourself and you're set I'm on the right track, baby I was born this way (Born this way) I woke up this morning with a start when I fell out of bed (That ain't no crime) And left from my dreaming was a feeling of unnameable dread (That ain't no crime) My high is low I'm dressed up with no place to go And all I know Is I'm at the start of a pretty big downer Ooh they’re aint no other way baby I was born this way baby I was born this way Ooh they’re aint no other way baby I was born this way Right track baby I was born this way Sha la la la That ain't no crime (I was born this way) Sha la la la That ain't no crime (I was born this way) Sha la la la That ain't no crime, that ain't no crime Sha la la la That ain't no crime (I was born this way) Sha la la la That ain't no crime (I was born this way) Sha la la la That ain't no crime, that ain't no crime Sha lala

A weakling weighing ninety-eight pounds Got sand in his face
When kicked to the ground
And soon in the gym
With a determined chin
The sweat from his pores As he works for his cause Will make him glisten And gleam, and with massage And just a little bit of steam He'll be pink and quite clean
He'll be a strong man
 But the wrong man
He'll eat nutritious, high protein And swallow raw eggs
Try to build up his shoulders
His chest, arms, and legs
Such an effort
If he only knew of my plan
In just seven days
I can make you a man
 He'll do press-ups and chin-ups
Do the snatch, clean, and jerk
Dynamic tension
Sounds like awfully hard work Such strenuous living
I just don't understand When in just seven days

I can make you a man But a deltoid and a bicep A hot groin and a tricep
Makes me (Ooh!) shake Makes me wanna take Charles Atlas by the hand

In just seven days
I can make you a man

I want no dissension
Just dynamic tension I’m a muscle fan! In just seven days I can make you a man Dig it, if you can! In just seven days I can make you a man

Hot Patootie 03:21
S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y NIGHT S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y NIGHT Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday nights all right Whatever happened to Saturday night, You dressed up sharp and you felt all right, It don't seem the same since cosmic light, Came into my life, it really was divine. I used to ride with a chick who'd go, And listen to the music on the radio, A saxophone was playin' in a rock'n roll show, You climbed in the backseat, we really had a good time. Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, My head used to swim from the perfume I smelled, My hands fumbled with a white plastic belt, I'd taste her pink lipstick and that's when I'd melt, She'd whisper in my ear tonight she really was mine. Get back in the front and put some hair oil on, Buddy Holly was singing his very last song, With my arms around my girl I'd try to sing along, It felt pretty good, Whoo! We really had a good time. Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, Bless the lord I love rock and roll So put another dime in the jukebox baby I love rock and roll, so come and take a change and dance with me Saturday in the park, I think it was the fourth of July Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that rock'n roll, Hot patootie, bless my soul, I really love that... I said I really love that rock and roll

I was feeling done in, couldn't win I'd only ever kissed before. I thought there's no use getting into heavy petting It only leads to trouble and seat wetting... Now all I want to know is how to go I've tasted blood and I want more (more, more, MORE) I'll put up no resistance, I want to stay the distance I've got an itch to scratch, I need assistance: Toucha toucha toucha touch me, I wanna be dirty Thrill me chill me fulfil me Creature of the night. Then if anything grows while you pose I'll oil you up and rub you down (down, down, DOWN) And that's just one small fraction of the main attraction You need a friendly hand and I need action Toucha toucha toucha touch me, I wanna be dirty Thrill me chill me fulfil me Creature of the night. I Don’t want anybody else when I think about you I touch myself. I Don’t want anybody else when I think about you I touch my... Toucha toucha toucha touch me, I wanna be dirty Thrill me chill me fulfil me Creature of the night. Creature of the night. Creature of the night.

Once in a while, she don't want to call you Speaking on the telephone And once in your life, she won't want to know you You look around The one you've found, she is gone And that's all the time that it takes For a heart to turn to stone The sweeter the wine The harder to make the break You hear something about someone You'd thought you'd known So baby don't cry like there's no tomorrow After the night there's a brand new day And there'll be no pain, and no more sorrow So wash your face And phone my place, it'll be OK And that's all the time that it takes For a heart to beat again So give me a sign That a lover makes You look around The one you've found is back again

From the day he was born, he was trouble. He was the thorn in his mutter's side She tried in vain. But he never caused her nothing but shame. He left home the day she died. Eins, zwei, drei From the day she was gone All he wanted was rock and roll, porn, und a motor bike Shooting up junk. He was a low-down, cheap little punk. Taking everyone for a ride. When Eddie said he didn't like his teddy You knew he was a no good kid But When he threatened your life with a switch blade knife -- What a guy. Makes you cry. Und I did. Everybody shoved him. I very nearly loved him. I said, "Hey, listen to me. Stay sane inside insanity." But he locked the door and threw away the key. But he must have been drawn into something. Making him warn me in a note which reads: What's it say? What's it say? I'm out of my head. O, hurry or I may be dead. They mustn't carry out their evil deeds. Oh baby let me be, your lovin' teddy bear Put a chain around my neck, and lead me anywhere Oh let me be (you teddy bear) When Eddie said he didn't like his teddy You knew he was a no good kid But When he threatened your life with a switch blade knife -- What a guy. Makes you cry. Und I did. When Eddie said he didn't like his teddy You knew he was a no good kid When he threatened your life with a switch blade knife -- What a guy. Makes you cry. Und I did. Yeah, yeah, yeah

Rain falls hard Burns dry A dream or a song That hits you so hard Filling you up And suddenly gone On the day I went away... goodbye... Was all I had to say... now I... I want to come again and stay... Oh my my... Smile, and that will mean that I may Cause I've seen blue skies, through the tears in my eyes And I realize I'm going home Everywhere it's been the same... feeling... Like I'm outside in the rain... wheeling... Free, to try and find a game... dealing... Cards for sorrow, cards for pain Cause I've seen blue skies through the tears in my eyes And I realize I'm going home And you're shining like the brightest star Transmission On the midnight radio. I'm going home, lift up your hands I'm going home, lift up your hands I'm going home, lift up your hands I'm going home.

Super Heroes 02:47
I’ve done a lot, God knows I’ve tried To find the truth I’ve even lied And all I know is down inside I’m bleeding And super heroes, come to feast to taste the flesh not yet deceased And all I know is still the beast is feeding. Rain down, rain down Come on rain down on me From a great height From a great height, height And crawling on the planets face, Some insects called the human race, Lost in time, lost in space, and meaning, meaning.
